A dispute has arisen on site between the Plumber and a delivery driver over the quality of some stormwater pipe that has been delivered. Some of the pipes have been marked with paint and the plumber wants them returned for new ones.

You and the Plumber are good friends and you feel that you should support him. He is looking to you to agree with him even though you can’t see the issue with having marked pipes as they are going in the ground. You know that the Plumber and the driver have had issues in the past. You as the builder can make the final decision.
