Nursing Personal statement

It must be typed, and size 12 font.
The application’s answers to following question are required:
1. why did you choose nursing profession?
2. what are your perceptions of nursing profession?
3. what are strength and weakness?
4. Give feedback discussion from someone about you (criticism)?
4. presentation of critical thinking
5. what added value do you offer in relationship to culture diversity (billingual..etc)?

The following over criteria will also be evaluated in the personal statement:
1. ability to follow directions
2. ability to organize thoughts
3. ability to express oneself in writing, overall quality and clarity of writing
