Examine health-related behaviors and how they are exhibited differently among various age cohorts.
Then, create a chart to make a graphic representation of the differences in health-related behaviors among different age groups. Be sure your presentation addresses the following:

Include a list of 10 health-related behaviors.

Prepare a chart that you have divided into five age groups: childhood (5-12 years old),
adolescence (13-19 years old),
young adults (20-34 years old),
middle-aged adults (35-64 years old),
and older adults (65 years old and older).

Identify and explain how each behavior is exhibited in each age cohort. For example, for weight management, you might note for children that they may have different dietary needs and for middle-aged adults it might involve reducing stress-motivated eating and more exercise.
